What is love? Simple question, with a very difficult answer. Is love truly just a word? Yes and no, the answer comes when you think of “love” as a word for “love” is just a word, but it’s a word that describes the feelings of passion, laughter, fear, hate, and much more all at the same time. Love is the hardest feeling to describe, because it’s such a vast emotion. Anyone can live without love until they find love, then the lust for renewal of that emotion makes us crazy to no end.
There is no one true love, per say, for you or me. One cannot make a list of things that MUST exist in their special someone and say, my love WILL have these characteristics, or it won’t be love at all. They however can tell their love that they desire these characteristics, and if it’s true love, they can work out the kinks, and change for each other. To find love you have to search within yourself and see what all you and this person have done for the other and all that you’ve been through. Love must also go both ways, one cannot give all the love, it must be returned.
Love joins a couple’s souls creating a link, chains are formed, but the couple must realize each other’s limits, or fighting commences, and the chain is broken. The emotion of love is precious and fragile.. You have to cherish it but hold on with a firm grip at the same time, or it could fall, and shatter your heart. It has to be nurtured like a baby, with firm arms, touched with passionate gentleness. Always be thankful for what you have.. For it could be lost, leaving you with much suffering. If there is a light, never lose sight of it, for its possible, it wont be found again, and you’ll be lost in a sea of darkness and woe.
